J.S. Ondara - Tales of America (LP)

J.S. Ondara is geboren en opgegroeid in Nairobi, Kenia, maar werd op z'n 20e verliefd op muziek van Bob Dylan en verhuisde naar Minneapolis om een carrière als singer-songwriter te starten. Hij komt in contact andere muzikale invloeden zoals Neil Young, Noah Gundersen, Damien Rice en Ray LaMontagne. Zijn debuutalbum Tales of America op Verve Records is in feite een onderzoek van The American Dream vanuit het perspectief van een buitenstaander.
