Yola - Stand For Myself (LP)

In 2019 kon Yola met haar debuut Walk Through Fire op heel wat erkenning rekenen. Het album, geproduceerd door Dan Auerbach (The Black Keys), zette de soulzangeres meteen op de kaart en ze sleepte er vier Grammy-nominaties mee in de wacht (o.a. voor beste americana-album). Nu komt de zangeres met haar tweede plaat Stand For Myself, die op 30 juli verschijnt. Ook voor dat album stond Auerbach aan de knoppen, maar de sound is volgens de zangeres veranderd van country naar soul en pop.
